Kathryn Manning

I am committed to trusting the process of our evolution in the human experience, to continue to move towards personal sovereignty, and to understand and assist with what is for the highest good of all. My desire is to maintain that all things are a matter of the heart, a place of unconditional love, respect, honor, and appreciation for all life.

Over the years I have developed skills and experience that have allowed me entry into fields that I had grown passionate about. I have learned to take what I was learning, learn more, and then take the more to a whole new level. I consider myself blessed to have had the opportunity to be a positive influence in individual lives.

I have a degree in business administration and management and love to use my skills to help our planet. I have earned many certificates from educational programs such as Multi-Disciplinary Team Trainings, State Statues and Case Law Studies, Trainings on Immigrant, Refugee, and Disability Rights, and Criminal Justice Conference trainings, among many others. I have had the privilege to work with homeless populations, victims/survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault, mentoring at-risk and underprivileged high school graduates, managing a mature learning continuing education program, assisting developmentally challenged adults, as well as providing treatment services to individuals challenged with addictions.

I have a burning desire to make a significant difference and to see amazing results in the lives of others. I want to pass on what I have learned, giving bottom line no nonsense approaches to success, whatever that may mean for the individual.

Michael and I together have a wealth of experience, education, and practical knowledge having a tremendous and positive impact. We desire to reach as many individuals and groups in the most effective way to have the greatest influence. We understand the value of helping others to live the life of their dreams.

I see our Dynamism Clearing sessions, communication courses, public speaking engagements, mentoring, and products all being a valuable vehicle in helping others gain greater awareness of what is truly heartfelt. We desire to share what we have learned about the unlimited potential that awaits when extending the greatest respect and appreciation for one another and to aid in gaining greater understanding into the wonderful diversity that makes up each and every one of us.

I really like the concepts of win-wins, emotional intelligences, learning organizations, and visions of better futures for everyone. I think it is essential to take great care in the things we do and think, making our decisions truly matters of the heart. Imagine reasonable actions to do no harm to another - what a wonderful world this could be. Many may think "Well in an ideal world ...", I think this is possible.

May we all learn from one another to live with each other peaceably and to love unconditionally.
